I offer multiple packages to cater for all levels of coverage.

There are two set packages available, which both include an engagement shoot and an additional keepsake item with some prints. Details on these items are below in the package section.

Galleries are delivered to you within 8 weeks of your wedding day, however I aim to get some sneak peeks to you after a few days.

I also offer bespoke packages if neither set packages are quite right for you, where we can create a level of coverage which suits your preferences.

Still not sure which package to go for? I always offer a free Zoom consultation to all couples if they would like to meet and go over things in more detail.

I can hold your date for 1 week after your initial enquiry if you need to think things over. After this week, your date becomes available to others.

To secure your booking, I require a 25% booking fee up front. Once this is paid your date is officially locked in my diary, with the balance payable 1 month before your wedding date.

FAQ

Can you tell us more about your engagement shoots? These are a brilliant way for us to meet before the wedding and get you used to the camera. They last about 1 hour and take place at an outdoor location of your choice or recommended by me. You will receive about 40 photos which take a couple of weeks to edit. A bonus is they will be delivered via the same kind of online gallery as your wedding photos! These shoots take place a couple of months before your wedding.

What gear do you use? I use Sony cameras, with prime lenses. I bring 2 cameras with me on the day with lots of spare SD cards and batteries, and I back up your photos to a hard drive half way through the day to keep them safe. I have a 35mm lens and an 85mm, as well as a zoom lens for the speeches and dancefloor. I also bring lots of other kit like flashes and lights, and even a couple of nice white umbrellas in case it rains!

What is your photography style? I use a documentary style approach to wedding photography. My aim is to blend into the background and barely be noticed, whilst capturing all the real moments that make your day special.

If you use a candid style how do we do group photos etc? Despite my candid approach on the day, I also have a big mouth when needed! I take direction during the group shots, confetti and of course your portraits. These photos are important too!

Where are you based and do you travel? I am based in Derby and I travel anywhere within 50 miles free of charge. I do however cover the whole of the UK, but I will add a mileage fee of 45p per mile for every mile over this.

How do we make payments? I take all payments via bank transfer. My bank details will be provided on your invoice, and I will let you know as soon as your payment is received.

We are really awkward in front of camera, is this an issue? If I had a pound for every couple who said this! No, to put it simply. My job is to make you feel at ease so you enjoy the photography process. I take natural photos and make it all good fun and relaxed. Fun fact, a lot of my couples say they love the portraits as it's a moment of quiet to reflect and take in the day!

What's your favourite part of the day? I love the whole flipping thing, weddings are the best. But if I had to choose, I would say the dancefloor. It is so much fun seeing you and your guests have a good party, and by this point everyone is usually a bit tipsy and just let loose and it makes for some brilliant natural shots. I also love a dance myself and often find it hard to pull myself away at the end of the day lol!

Should we back up our photos? YES! Please please please make sure you download and save your photos on a hard drive/laptop and also in the cloud if possible. I guarantee to keep your edited photos for at least one year, but it's so important to back them up your side too.

How do the online galleries work? The galleries are super simple. I send you an email with a link, you go straight to your gallery. Easy. Your gallery will stay live for at least a year, and you can download your photos as many times as you wish.
